If it works for your family, we encourage you to bring your children and babies to the ceremony and reception.
We plan to have mother’s helpers on-site throughout the day to make your whole family’s attendance as easy as possible. More information will be shared closer to the date, but if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please do reach out.

Thank you for making the trip to come celebrate with us!
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Regency Hotel in Portland, Maine, where the reception will be held. We would love for our guests to be as close to the fun as possible, and there are a number of hotels in close proximity to The Regency in downtown Portland if another location works best for you.

Winter in Maine can be unpredictable. But, at the very least, expect it to be cold. If at all possible, we encourage you to travel to Maine a few days in advance to safeguard your plans against any inclement weather.
If you do make it to Maine early, we want to celebrate with you! We are planning casual local events—check back for details as we get closer.

We kindly request that phones are not used during the ceremony. Our photographer will gladly share photos with you after the event!
When the bride and groom are entering and leaving the ceremony and taking their vows, we would like to see all of your wonderful faces and not the backs of your cellphones.

Many of you are traveling across the globe to celebrate with us in Maine, so your presence means the world to us and is all we ask for.
